This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Provide tailored support to new employees and clients during the onboarding process.
• Configure, adjust, and enhance onboarding workflows using Process Street and additional tools.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations regarding onboarding.
• Develop employee communications pertinent to onboarding and orientation activities.
• Input and manage employee information across HRIS, ATS, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Coordinate onboarding efforts among HR, Payroll Engineers, and Benefits Specialists.
• Act as a liaison with vendors and clients during the setup and implementation of onboarding.
• Distribute onboarding resources, credentials, manuals, and policy documents.
• Address or escalate inquiries from new hires regarding payroll, benefits, and onboarding logistics.
• Design and maintain SOPs and documentation of processes.
• Review and update onboarding documents specific to clients.
• Troubleshoot onboarding-related system issues and provide support to platform users.
• Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Monitor onboarding progress to ensure completion is timely and accurate.
• Keep organized records that comply with standards and client requirements.
• Undertake additional duties that support client satisfaction and team objectives.
• Strong understanding of U.S. HR compliance and labor laws related to onboarding, including I-9, E-Verify, and W-4.
• Proficient in various payroll systems, benefits portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, Process Street, and other HR-related platforms.
• Familiarity with labor legislation and employee benefits, including the ability to interpret carrier summaries.
• Capability to deliver clear and professional presentations and onboarding sessions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with care.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in creating, reviewing, and maintaining SOPs, workflow documentation, or process maps.
• Adaptability in navigating ambiguous scenarios, evolving client needs, and shifting priorities.
• Preference for candidates with over 3 years in HR onboarding, HR operations, or shared service roles supporting U.S.-based employees.
• Experience in onboarding remote or multi-state teams.
• Background in HR consulting, outsourcing, PEO, or supporting U.S. clients in a global capacity.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods.
• Capacity to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to participate in video conferences and meetings.
