Employee Assistance Program, Clinical Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide on-demand consultations, clinical assessments, triage, and informational services in a single session format.

• Utilize advanced technology platforms to improve the customer experience and ensure members are connected to appropriate solutions promptly.

• Assist members through various channels including phone, video, or chat.

• Deliver timely and high-quality mental health care via the Employee Assistance Program.

• Work from Saturday to Wednesday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with schedules adaptable to business needs, shift modifications, and annual shift bidding.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid, unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW, or Clinical Psychologist) in the state of employment.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in crisis intervention.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong multitasking capabilities.

• Proficient in the use of various technology platforms and tools.

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral health or counseling discipline.
