This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, schedule, and execute email campaigns for various CeriFi brands.

• Oversee multiple campaigns and their sends at the same time while upholding the production calendar.

• Conduct final quality assurance, which includes rendering, links, personalization, audience selection, segmentation, and other campaign components.

• Extract and manage campaign audiences within the marketing automation system.

• Adhere to list hygiene and opt-out protocols.

• Monitor sends for possible deliverability challenges and escalate issues as necessary.

• Collaborate with the Email Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, campaign teams, and creative partners to collect assets, confirm requirements, coordinate timelines, and ensure deployment deadlines are met.

• Maintain the email production schedule and identify any scheduling conflicts, capacity limitations, or other delivery concerns.

• Utilize basic HTML/CSS to troubleshoot issues and implement minor email customizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in creating and launching email marketing campaigns.

• Experience with a marketing automation or email marketing platform.

• Familiarity with email creation, testing, and quality assurance tools.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting and minor customizations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to producing accurate, high-quality work.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with numerous campaigns and deadlines.

• Strong organizational abilities and the capability to prioritize competing requests.

• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working across teams.
