This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and implement domain and email warm-up strategies to build and sustain a robust sender reputation.
• Set up and supervise SPF, DKIM, and DMARC email authentication protocols.
• Handle high-volume email dispatch while ensuring deliverability and sender reputation remain intact.
• Track bounce rates, spam complaints, engagement levels, deliverability, and other crucial email metrics.
• Independently resolve deliverability, authentication, CRM, and campaign-related challenges.
• Establish and manage GoHighLevel email campaigns, workflows, automations, and sequences.
• Integrate and maintain CRM data for precise contact management, segmentation, and campaign targeting.
• Administer email lists, segmentation, suppression lists, and engagement-driven targeting.
• Conduct tests and optimize subject lines, content, sending times, and audience segments.
• Deliver performance reports and recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes.
• Proven track record as an Email Marketing Specialist, Email Deliverability Specialist, or a similar position.
• Practical experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and CRM/email automation platforms.
• Strong grasp of domain and mailbox warm-up processes and sender reputation management.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling high-volume email sending and optimizing deliverability.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, SMTP, and email authentication practices.
• Experience in integrating email platforms with CRMs and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot technical email delivery and campaign issues.
• Solid understanding of email marketing metrics and strategies for campaign optimization.
• Familiarity with email list hygiene, segmentation, and compliance best practices.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing email operations on a large scale.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant and comparable work.
• RFQ detailing proposed work, methodology, inclusions/exclusions, estimated timeline and hours, total cost, additional/recurring costs, TeamFicient requirements, risks, limitations, and assumptions.
• Openness to signing an NDA and Project Agreement prior to receiving complete project details and credentials.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
