Email Marketing Manager – B2B Campaigns

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee outbound and email marketing campaigns in the backend for clients.

• Design campaigns that are tailored to buyer personas, positioning, and unique selling propositions (USPs).

• Convert buyer personas, positioning, and USPs into effective messaging strategies.

• Craft outbound copy, emails, follow-ups, and sequences.

• Optimize campaigns for maximum open rates, responses, and conversions.

• Assume complete responsibility for campaign setup, testing, KPI tracking, analysis, and ongoing optimization.

• Collaborate closely with account managers to enhance offers, messaging, and overall campaign strategy.

• Operate entirely in the backend without direct interaction with clients.

• Emphasize copy, structure, testing, and scaling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some initial experience in outbound or email marketing, or familiarity with relevant tools.

• Excellent copywriting abilities.

• Knowledge of how effective email copy can capture attention and elicit responses.

• Strong understanding of offer creation and how messaging and offers combine to improve conversions.

• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to optimizing campaigns based on KPIs.

• Openness to experimenting with new tools.

• Capability to work with complex setups comfortably.

• Independent and organized approach to work tasks.

• Readiness to take ownership of results.

• Relevant skills, tool proficiency, and demonstrated performance in outbound marketing.

• Formal educational qualifications are not a requirement.
