Email Marketing, Klaviyo – CRM Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• You oversee all projects, provide briefs to our design team, and ensure timely email dispatches.

• You create compelling copy that engages and drives conversions.

• You design campaigns, flows, and pop-ups using Klaviyo.

• You handle marketing campaigns via WhatsApp and print media.

• You leverage modern AI technologies that automate repetitive tasks for you.

• You play a pivotal role in empowering clients to achieve new milestones, push limits, and surpass their expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have a minimum of one year of extensive experience with Klaviyo, having personally created campaigns, flows, and pop-ups.

• You possess copywriting skills and craft texts that lead to conversions.

• You work methodically, think critically, and maintain clarity while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in written and spoken German is required.

• Experience in e-commerce or within an agency setting is advantageous.

• You take complete ownership of your outcomes.

• You prioritize solutions over problems and do not settle for mediocrity.
