Email Marketing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Create and schedule email marketing campaigns and newsletters

• Compose and review subject lines and content

• Manage subscriber lists, segments, and suppression lists

• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results for opens, clicks, and conversions

• Organize and maintain the email calendar to ensure timely delivery

• Assist in the setup of landing pages and forms for campaigns

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot

• Strong command of written English with a clear and engaging style

• Ability to interpret campaign metrics and provide reports

• Highly organized and capable of managing a content calendar

• Dependable fiber internet, a functional laptop, and a quiet workspace

• Basic knowledge of HTML for email template design

• Experience with Canva or similar tools for creating campaign visuals

• Familiarity with automation flows or customer journey mapping
