This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist specialty pharmacy patients in acquiring necessary medications.

• Respond to patient inquiries utilizing training, problem-solving abilities, and team collaboration.

• Coordinate and confirm that services are covered by insurance.

• Discuss deductibles, co-payments, and authorizations with patients.

• Investigate benefits coverage issues in collaboration with pharmacists and doctors’ offices.

• Offer patients guidance regarding medication coverage.

• Manage multiple requests while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

• Record conversation details in the computer system.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Experience in Customer Service is required.

• Preferred background in healthcare with knowledge of medical insurance and terminology.

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

• For remote positions, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed is necessary.
