Electronics Technician, Intralogistics, Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be tasked with service responsibilities in your home region between Hamburg and Lübeck, which include electrical and mechanical repairs, maintenance, safety inspections, and various service duties on our installed systems.

• You possess the ability to swiftly diagnose faults and determine the causes of malfunctions, offering effective solutions.

• You maintain confidence and focus, even when our equipment necessitates working at heights of approximately 7 meters.

• As a friendly and solution-oriented representative, you provide support to our customers.

• You offer guidance to customers regarding necessary service actions and assist them with on-site training and briefings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be comfortable working at heights.

• Completed IHK-certified vocational training in an electronics-related field.

• Must reside in the Hamburg–Lübeck region (our service area).

• A valid German driving licence (Class B) is required.

• Proficient in the German language.

• Completed technical vocational training as an industrial electrician, electrician, mechatronics technician, electrical installer, electronics technician, or certified electrical specialist capable of reading electrical schematics and working with voltages up to 1000 V.

• Ideally, possess prior experience in field service and familiarity with working at heights.

• Demonstrated commitment and customer-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work independently with a solution-focused approach.

• Driving licence Class B is mandatory.
