📋 Description

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to assess learning objectives, establish content requirements, and create engaging interactive eLearning courses that align with organizational goals.

• Design and produce instructional materials that integrate animations, graphics, audio, video, and various multimedia components.

• Utilize authoring tools, graphic design software, and video editing platforms to develop polished, user-friendly training content.

• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of training materials and processes.

• Investigate and adopt new eLearning technologies and methodologies.

• Organize, plan, and implement self-paced course development and updates while adhering to deadlines.

• Clearly communicate complex concepts through effective visual design and written content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in eLearning development or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in producing professional eLearning content, preferably for software products, utilizing rapid development tools.

• Strong preference for experience with Articulate Storyline.

• Proficiency in basic video editing for educational purposes, such as with Camtasia or similar tools.

• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

• Strong abilities in time management, task prioritization, and organization.

• Proactive, team-oriented approach with enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and technologies.

• Dedication to maintaining BeyondTrust’s core values.

• Experience in visual design, LMS administration or content integration, simulation development, AI-generated voiceovers, technical training, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite are considered desirable qualifications.
