Ejecutivo de Reclutamiento

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Recruitment and selection of technical and operational profiles.

• Execution of mass recruitment to meet monthly targets.

• Posting job vacancies on social media and job boards.

• Conducting telephone and/or virtual interviews.

• Continuous follow-up with candidates throughout the selection process.

• Preparation and updating of recruitment reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed high school education.

• At least 6 months of experience in mass recruitment, preferably covering technical, operational, or industrial profiles (experience in retail or other high-volume sectors will be considered).

• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset.
