EEMEA Digital Human Health Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Establish, operationalize, and expand a brand-new Business Insights & Analytics function throughout the EEMEA region.

• Recruit, mentor, and motivate a diverse, high-performing regional team.

• Create and execute scalable operating, engagement, and capacity models.

• Supervise the regional deployment and optimization of technology platforms, CRM capabilities including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and digital tools.

• Provide guidance to the EEMEA Regional Leadership Team, Commercial Operations, and Finance.

• Convert commercial goals into structured portfolios of work.

• Lead change management initiatives to promote the adoption of digital tools and analytical capabilities.

• Guarantee that digital and analytical solutions yield measurable business outcomes.

• Monitor success through user adoption and commercial performance.

• Build and integrate the BIA capability with the Business Technology Partnership team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or health sciences sectors.

• Background in healthcare consulting or market research is highly regarded.

• Exceptional ability to structure complex business challenges, facilitate prioritization discussions, and influence senior stakeholders.

• Strong experience in digital engagement, advanced analytics, market research, forecasting, or commercial technology platforms.

• Proven track record in recruiting, developing, and leading diverse, geographically distributed teams through organizational transformation.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a history of building trust with senior commercial and operational executives.

• In-depth understanding of the EEMEA landscape and experience navigating culturally and politically intricate markets.
