Educational Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee the coordination of trainers.

• Arrange training sessions and facilitate the onboarding of new trainers.

• Clarify operational methods and guarantee the quality of sessions.

• Recognize and address issues related to delays, absent content, or groups that are facing challenges.

• Monitor learners on a daily basis to identify those who may be falling behind or struggling.

• Organize both interim and final assessments.

• Collaborate with the Academic Director when critical decisions are needed.

• Assist in enhancing learning pathways.

• Document procedures to ensure they are repeatable.

• Report on key indicators, progress rates, learner alerts, and feedback from trainers.

• Participate in training reviews in direct cooperation with the Academic Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience coordinating a vital educational or training activity in a vocational training center (CFA), EdTech company, university, or similar setting—the specific context is less significant than the experience itself.

• Proven experience in managing multiple trainers, learners, and projects concurrently.

• You possess a thorough approach without being inflexible.

• Capability to adhere to processes, meet deadlines, and produce necessary documentation.

• Proficient with digital tools, including LMS platforms, collaboration tools, video conferencing, and light automation.

• Willingness and ability to learn new tools.

• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of reassuring individuals, providing tactful guidance, and summarizing complex situations effectively.

• Self-motivated, well-organized, and proactive in communication within a fully remote setting.
