This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Take charge of the school onboarding process, encompassing strategy, prospecting, planning, execution, and outcomes within designated districts.
• Build and nurture relationships with regional administration while managing key district stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Offer technical documentation, support, onboarding assistance, teacher development resources, Canva guidance, and strategic recommendations.
• Act as a representative of Canva Education among teachers and educators.
• Operate a reliable business that delivers agreed-upon customer transformation strategies aimed at enhancing educational outcomes.
• Comprehend the Canva user lifecycle and work in partnership with Canva’s Education Community team.
• Analyze data to identify trends and usage patterns, sharing insights with Sales & Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Enhance retention and engagement by experimenting with, learning from, and refining lifecycle strategies.
• Recognize high-value districts, generate strategic leads, and finalize deals to introduce Canva to new districts.
• Collaborate with schools and districts to encourage adoption, support rollouts, and create lasting impact in classrooms.
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Strong grasp of the K-12 Education market.
• Knowledge of classroom productivity solutions.
• Ability to engage with Instructional Technology Specialists and teachers about enhancing student learning outcomes through design and collaboration.
• Experience in selling and/or promoting the adoption of education software solutions.
• Background in real-world teaching and instructional technology design.
• Extensive understanding of system-wide school technology implementations.
• Exceptional collaboration skills, including remote teamwork and interacting with individuals outside the immediate team.
• Strong business planning abilities with a capacity to transition from planning to execution and complete impactful projects.
• Experience in community management.
• Familiarity with social media best practices and strategies tailored for educational audiences.
