Education Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive education strategy for BotCity’s products.

• Address product training along with related subjects such as Python, ROI, and governance frameworks.

• Develop and deliver courses and training materials tailored for technical users and citizen developers.

• Oversee outsourced content partners, including briefing, quality assurance, and timeline management.

• Determine the balance between in-house development and outsourcing.

• Create an efficient production model that scales without a proportional increase in headcount.

• Lead the evolution of BotCity Academy and its certification or learning-path programs.

• Manage the education budget, distributing it across various programs, vendors, and channels.

• Assess the return on investment for educational initiatives.

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure educational content aligns with market strategies.

• Provide monthly reports on education program KPIs to leadership.

• Report directly to the COO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 4–6+ years of experience in designing and delivering training or educational content for a B2B audience.

• Experience in product design, course development, and curriculum creation, beyond just internal L&D.

• Prior hands-on experience in B2B SaaS or technology firms, building educational programs from the ground up.

• Proven experience managing third-party content vendors or production partners, including briefing, quality assurance, and timelines.

• Experience overseeing an education or content budget, determining investment areas, and demonstrating ROI.

• Proficient with LMS or course platforms such as Skilljar, Intellum, or LearnWorlds.

• Familiarity with course production tools.

• Competent in MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, and Notion.

• Willingness to travel as needed to support events and meet the team.

• Fluent in Portuguese.

• Fluent in English.

• Preferred: experience with cybersecurity governance, automation, RPA, or security/compliance-related products.

• Preferred: experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

• Preferred: advanced proficiency in Spanish.
