Education and Training Intern, Comprehensive Cleft Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist the Programs team in the execution, tracking, and documentation of Education & Training initiatives and Comprehensive Cleft Care throughout India.

• Aid in the planning and organization of training workshops for healthcare professionals.

• Oversee fellowships and initiatives aimed at capacity building.

• Create and structure training materials and resources.

• Develop and maintain evaluation tools.

• Monitor and document records and outcomes of training participants.

• Support the coordination of Comprehensive Cleft Care initiatives and multidisciplinary services, such as feeding/nutrition, speech therapy, and orthodontics.

• Record and track CCC activities across partner hospitals.

• Generate internal reports, presentations, program updates, analytical reports, and dashboards.

• Gather, compile, and analyze program data for CCC and training.

• Monitor indicators, outputs, and metrics of impact.

• Communicate with partner hospitals and training institutions.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and partners.

• Prepare Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials for parents, patients, and partners.

• Schedule and manage logistics for meetings, workshops, and other engagements.

• Maintain program documentation and digital records.

• Write stories, blogs, reports, and minutes from meetings.

• Report to the Senior Director of Education & Training and Comprehensive Cleft Care, India.

• Assist with other related tasks within the Programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed a graduate degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Development Studies, or Social Sciences from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Interest in healthcare capacity building, training programs, and program monitoring.

• Openness to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

• Previous work or internship experience in healthcare or non-profit organizations is a plus.

• Proactive, self-driven, and accountable with a high degree of emotional and intellectual maturity.

• Salary range of Rs. 42,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month.
