Ecosystem Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ethiopia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate training sessions for new clinics, providers, or retailers as they are integrated into the platform.

• Ensure that all ecosystem participants comprehend how Tiko operates, their responsibilities, standard operating procedures, code of conduct, and pertinent policies.

• Monitor the inventory of all participants on the platform and verify that each has an adequate number of trained personnel.

• Inform participants about new offers and provide training on accessing and utilizing them.

• Identify, prevent, respond to, and mitigate instances of fraud within assigned ecosystems.

• Report and flag any suspicious activities or violations of the code of conduct and standard operating procedures.

• Collaborate effectively with all participants across Tiko ecosystems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in Hawassa, Ethiopia (mandatory).

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in community development and public health programs, specifically in sexual and reproductive health (SRH).

• More than 3 years of experience in facilitating or training trainers (ToT).

• Demonstrated experience in creating learning programs.

• A degree in Social Science, Public Health, Community Development, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Friendly and effective in a team environment.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Tech-savvy with a good command of mobile applications, messaging, and technology usage.

• Capable of leading a team.

• Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.
