Trainer for Smart Building and BIM Models

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific education remotely from home utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Offer a detailed overview of BIM concepts, terminology, and its applications throughout the complete building lifecycle.

• Employ various teaching techniques, such as practical case studies and collaborative group activities.

• Clarify Levels of Detail (LOD), data quality standards, and information flow processes.

• Create and develop curriculum-aligned instructional materials for learning.

• Conduct assessments to evaluate competency.

• Assist participants in skill enhancement and professional integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, facility management, real estate management, or a related field.

• Extensive practical and methodological expertise in BIM.

• Familiarity with digital building models, LOD concepts, and BIM applications across various lifecycle stages.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies.

• Pedagogical qualification (AEVO).

• Strong methodological and didactic skills for imparting educational content.

• Independent and structured work style, with a high level of personal accountability.

• Proficient command of German, the instructional language (C2 level).
