Building Life Cycle Assessment Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide specialized instruction from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Promote the development of skills among participants

• Employ diverse teaching techniques to design and deliver lessons

• Develop and create educational materials aligned with the curriculum

• Perform Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) for both residential and commercial buildings

• Present case studies from projects, training experiences, or reports on sustainable and energy-efficient construction

• Serve as a subject-matter expert and facilitate learning

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or building services engineering

• Multiple years of professional experience evaluating buildings in accordance with the Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings (QNG) and within the Climate-Friendly New Construction program

• Proficient in preparing and assessing LCAs using Hottgenroth, ECO-CAD, and ETU-Planer

• Additional certification in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for buildings

• Recognized as an energy efficiency specialist

• Excellent command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level)

• Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies

• Strong methodological and didactic abilities to communicate educational content

• Independent and organized work style, paired with a high level of personal accountability
