This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Spearhead the regional adoption of the NVIDIA Marketplace by facilitating partner recruitment, onboarding, and system integration from initial requirements through to launch.
• Enhance platform features and user experience to improve buyer journeys and increase conversion rates.
• Assist in daily ecommerce operations by managing product updates, content localization, and site maintenance across various locales.
• Develop product listings, promotions, and validate the checkout process.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Developers, Sales teams, and external partners.
• Monitor issues, ensure follow-up on resolutions, and document progress for ecommerce projects.
• Aid in data collection and reporting related to sales performance, user journeys, and campaign effectiveness.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience in ecommerce operations, digital marketing, or online content management.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail; adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in English and another European language (French, Italian, Spanish).
• A solid grasp of project management methodologies.
• Team-oriented, able to work effectively within a matrix organization, while also being self-motivated and independent.
• Flexible working hours to coordinate with partners in different time zones.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Skilled in using common efficiency and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, project tracking software).
• Experience in utilizing AI tools to enhance work efficiency and optimize quality of results.
• Demonstrated commitment and initiative to drive revenue by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within direct and channel ecommerce avenues.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and ecommerce platforms.
• Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or similar) to monitor and assess performance.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to propose and implement process improvements.
