This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
• Manage a portfolio of 4–6 lifestyle accounts, focusing on high-AOV or high SKU count consumer durables.
• Act as the main strategic partner for clients, overseeing the performance narrative, spotting growth opportunities, and aligning marketing strategies with business goals.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and optimize business workflows.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to departmental activities.
• Conduct weekly client meetings for larger accounts and assist with PM-led meetings for smaller accounts.
• Convert Power Circuit roadmap outputs into weekly priorities for accounts.
• Monitor full-funnel performance through awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
• Align paid media, SEO, content, email, and creative teams around a cohesive account strategy.
• Aid in retention strategies, focusing on repeat purchase rates, LTV by acquisition cohort, and post-purchase lifecycle performance.
• Identify and correct misleading last-touch metric interpretations, preparing the Account Director for budget discussions.
• Assist the Account Director with quarterly strategy, renewal preparations, and service expansion discussions.
• Build and maintain robust client relationships, contributing to ≥90% retention across accounts.
• Work daily in Iris and Nova, using performance data to proactively identify issues while maintaining a 100% Pulse cadence.
• Coach and develop the team, driving marketing strategy, execution, client retention, and revenue growth.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for this position.
• 4–7 years of experience in lifestyle, high-AOV, or considered-purchase marketing, with a background in managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Comprehensive understanding of full-funnel strategy: how awareness, consideration, and conversion channels interact and where measurement gaps typically occur.
• Comfortable with the limitations of multi-touch attribution — understands last-touch misses and can articulate it clearly.
• Familiar with upper-funnel channels (content, SEO, YouTube, programmatic) at a practical level.
• Experience with brands where creative quality and storytelling serve as competitive advantages.
• Proven track record of managing clients through extended measurement cycles without losing their confidence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting a complex, multi-channel performance narrative in a clear manner to non-technical clients.
• Base salary paid in USD along with commission opportunities.
