This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark, +1 more country.
• Oversee the initial deployment lifecycle of the Medable Solution from project initiation through to go-live and system localization.
• Collaborate with solution design teams to grasp trial-specific requirements.
• Manage project scope, timelines, financial oversight, timecards, and ensure budget compliance.
• Ensure that System Specifications are in alignment with clinical trial protocols and assessment schedules.
• Create adaptive project plans that accommodate evolving client needs and trial requirements.
• Implement change management practices and incorporate change requests effectively.
• Educate clients and internal teams regarding software capabilities, customization options, and best practices for integration.
• Oversee projects that necessitate system enhancements or modifications.
• Realign project deliverables when there are shifts in requirements or priorities.
• Convert client requirements into functional software solutions.
• Develop and carry out detailed project plans that cover timelines, milestones, and resource distribution.
• Support software implementation through coordinated planning and execution.
• Establish and maintain client relationships through clear communication.
• Act as the primary contact for project updates, issue resolution, and ongoing support.
• Identify project risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
• Create guidance materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for the Study Conduct team.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and clinical trial specialists.
• Facilitate communication to meet complex client and regulatory expectations.
• Analyze project outcomes to pinpoint methodological improvements and process enhancements.
• Propel organizational improvement through data-driven recommendations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing full lifecycle software implementation projects.
• Experience in supporting solution design and delivery customized to specific client needs.
• Advanced expertise in change management.
• Capability to manage complex change requests and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Significant experience supporting ongoing projects that require adaptive strategies or enhanced oversight.
• Thorough understanding of eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments), ePRO, EDC, and DCT.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial data management processes and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Ability to assist in the development of detailed, strategic project plans.
• Capability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain high-quality standards under dynamic conditions.
• Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Proficient in effective communication in both oral and written formats.
• Technical aptitude with a quick ability to learn various software tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification.
