Earn Product Operation Manager – Tradfi

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and facilitate the integration of high-quality TradFi / RWA assets into Binance Earn.

• Conduct research on traditional finance wealth management and investment product frameworks, reimagining them in a crypto-native manner for Earn users.

• Work in conjunction with Product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to evaluate product viability, operational preparedness, and market launch execution.

• Convert traditional financial product mechanisms into scalable Earn product concepts that emphasize user value, product design, and operational efficiency.

• Examine market trends, consumer demand, and competitor offerings within TradFi, RWA, and crypto wealth products.

• Assist with comprehensive product operations, encompassing launches, optimization, performance monitoring, and lifecycle management.

• Contribute to product design by leveraging financial product expertise, user insights, and operational knowledge.

• Help establish product frameworks that balance innovation, compliance, risk management, and business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product operations, product strategy, investment products, or related roles in wealth management.

• Strong comprehension of product design, product operations, and the management of product lifecycles.

• Extensive knowledge of funds, ETFs, and structured financial products.

• Familiarity with MMFs, mutual funds, ETFs, leveraged ETFs, PPN, FCN, covered call strategies, and structured tranche / leveraged fund products.

• Solid TradFi background in asset management, wealth management, brokerage, banking, or other financial institutions.

• Capacity to translate financial product mechanisms into practical, user-friendly, and scalable Earn products.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect product concepts to business outcomes and operational execution.

• Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• A keen interest in crypto and the ability to adapt swiftly in a rapidly changing environment.

• Preferred: familiarity with tokenization and how real-world assets are represented on-chain.

• Preferred: knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and licensing frameworks related to investment products, RWAs, or tokenized assets.

• Preferred: understanding of stablecoins and their significance in on-chain financial products.

• Preferred: genuine enthusiasm for crypto, demonstrated through hands-on usage, research, or personal exploration of crypto products and ecosystems.

• Preferred: experience in bridging TradFi product logic with crypto-native product innovation.
