This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee Early Talent requisitions from the initial intake to the starting phase, addressing significant and high-volume hiring requirements.
• Facilitate the hiring process for early talent by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop compliant job postings, sourcing strategies, and interview plans.
• Adhere to Workday workflows, employment law regulations, and internal standards while ensuring precise, audit-ready documentation.
• Provide timely, transparent communication and deliver a top-tier candidate experience.
• Assist early-career candidates with professionalism, empathy, and a personalized approach.
• Contribute to early talent hiring strategies and demand planning utilizing data, market insights, and workforce analysis.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers, Business Leaders, and HR partners to grasp workforce requirements and aid in hiring decisions.
• Collect and disseminate competitive intelligence and trends in the Early Talent market.
• Leverage dashboards, analytics, and recruiting trends to enhance sourcing strategies and increase process efficiency.
• Responsibly utilize approved AI and emerging technologies for sourcing, candidate engagement, data synthesis, and process enhancement.
• Establish and sustain pipelines of interns and early-career talent.
• Implement targeted outreach and nurturing campaigns.
• Share effective early talent sourcing and hiring methodologies across the global talent team.
• Act as an ambassador for the ICF Early Talent brand.
• Travel to college and university campuses for career fairs, networking events, and Early Talent programs.
• Represent ICF and Early Talent at community events.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting for early talent, university recruiting, campus recruiting, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% during the fall and spring recruiting seasons.
• Capability to build collaborative relationships and convey data and market insights to stakeholders.
• Strong judgment, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and candidate engagement abilities.
• Expertise in sourcing, particularly regarding Early Talent initiatives, including proactive outreach and engaging passive talent.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Workday, Beamery) and analytics tools.
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI-enabled recruiting technologies and the ability to integrate approved features into team processes.
• Familiarity with Early Talent platforms such as Handshake, 12Twenty, Simplicity, etc.
