This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• Implement the Early Intervention strategy and oversee relationship management within a specific geographic market.
• Manage essential healthcare accounts, including hospitals, clinics, GPOs, IDNs, and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Create and execute customized sales strategies for key accounts in collaboration with the FSO.
• Identify fresh business opportunities and ensure visibility to relevant stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for administrative staff at key accounts.
• Keep track of industry trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements.
• Oversee contract compliance and performance while conducting regular business reviews.
• Engage in or lead negotiations for contracts and pricing agreements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with FSO, Marketing, Market Access & Pricing, and other departments.
• Foster customer loyalty and guarantee the success of long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate and influence strategic planning with Early Intervention leadership and internal J&J business partners.
• Manage pricing, contracting, data-driven decision-making, and gross profit performance.
• Report directly to the Area Sales Director.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, ideally in Pharmaceutical sales or Key Account Management.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare market, including industry trends, customer dynamics, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in successful customer negotiations that met or surpassed all business objectives.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in complex negotiations.
• Experience in developing strategic contracting proposals and successfully executing customer negotiations.
• Financial acumen, including knowledge of gross profit, erosion, pricing impact, and inventory management.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed environment and influencing multiple stakeholder groups with an enterprise mindset.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to process multiple, complex, and conflicting inputs to formulate an executable contract strategy.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Highly effective communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage through constructive conflict.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
