EAP Work Life Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct telephonic intake sessions

• Collect necessary demographic details

• Evaluate participants’ needs through focused inquiries

• Provide advice and consultation

• Ensure all documentation is thorough and precise

• Perform prompt and relevant research on childcare, elder care, daily living, convenience, concierge services, and other subjects

• Reach out to and assess service providers via phone to confirm that referrals align with participants’ needs

• Create grammatically accurate and polished cover letters and fulfillment materials

• Engage in additional departmental responsibilities as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities

• Exceptional skills in customer service

• Keen attention to detail

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Basic understanding of MS Office and contact management systems

• Previous experience as a call center agent is mandatory

• Prior experience in telephonic intake and/or assessment is highly preferred

• Must reside in the continental United States or Hawaii
