EA Support Specialist I – Seasonal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales, product, data, and/or engineering teams to address and resolve client issues.

• Allocate around 90% of time to managing cases and conducting Zoom calls.

• Maintain a solid understanding of the primary business line while providing basic support for Digital.

• Act as a backup to an Account Manager or more senior Client Services staff for assigned clients.

• Facilitate public training sessions related to the business line and Digital.

• Follow guidance from Team Leads on cases to ensure compliance with team claiming standards.

• Provide support for Democratic campaigns, parties, PACs, unions, nonprofits, and progressive organizations.

• Deliver web-based training and assist new customers in utilizing NGP VAN tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in compliance, fundraising, and/or email tools for political campaigns, unions, or nonprofits.

• Familiarity with NGP8, EveryAction, VAN, VoteBuilder, or similar platforms in daily responsibilities, preferably in an administrative or leadership role.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong critical thinking skills and logical problem-solving capabilities.

• Eagerness to learn new concepts and skills.

• Professional phone etiquette and the ability to remain patient.

• Self-motivated with a proven work ethic.

• Detail-oriented with prompt and attentive follow-up.

• Demonstrated passion for Democratic and progressive politics and ideals.

• Technologically savvy and prepared to collaborate with diverse organizations.

• Prior experience in teaching or training, including mentoring, tutoring, and/or software support.

• Experience in customer relations or a similar field is appreciated but not mandatory.

• Must not require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization.

• The position is part of a bargaining unit represented by CWA Local 1400, 2336, or 13000.
