E-commerce Stylist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Curate product catalogs by creating complete looks for both new and existing collections.

• Choose accessories and tailor styling to fit each specific item.

• Develop posing standards and establish posing layouts.

• Maintain a continually expanding library of poses.

• Take ownership of visual quality control by ensuring materials are aligned with guidelines.

• Deliver clear recommendations and briefs for AI creators.

• Conduct research on fashion trends, competitors, fashion brands, and Pinterest for styling inspiration.

• Create styling guidelines that encompass styling, posing, color schemes, and accessory usage.

• Assemble mood boards, reference selections, and styling compilations.

• Collaborate with E-commerce, AI content, design, content, and marketing teams to ensure catalog visuals align with business objectives.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial styling and fashion research.

• Proficient in utilizing Pinterest and other fashion references.

• Capable of creating posing layouts and visual compositions.

• Experience in developing and documenting styling guidelines.

• Strong fashion acumen and current knowledge of trends.

• Exceptional visual taste and keen attention to detail.

• Ability to articulate and justify styling decisions clearly.

• Comfortable handling a high volume of tasks within strict deadlines.

• Organized and systematic approach to work tasks.

• Experience with AI-generated catalogs is advantageous.
