This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the commercial management of the online store, ensuring the assortment is effectively presented and converted.
• Analyze sales and funnel data to assess product visibility by market, considering factors such as stock cover, demand, margin, and range positioning.
• Oversee the homepage, navigation, category structure, product placement, and sorting order on collection pages by region.
• Manage add-ons, recommendations, and cross-sell placements throughout the funnel.
• Control the on-site funnel from entry to add-to-cart; identify and address drop-off points and implement necessary fixes.
• Brief and prioritize new store features, modules, filters, and funnel modifications in collaboration with product and technology teams.
• Comprehend product profitability, including margin, refund, and return rates across various markets.
• Align stock and product visibility with forecasts while identifying potential risks early on.
• Coordinate store and CRM campaigns in conjunction with the promotional calendar.
• Provide weekly reports on store, category, and product performance to the Revenue team.
• Manage on-site search performance, including search intent, zero-result and low-click queries, autocomplete, synonyms, and ranking rules.
• Transform search demand into merchandising and assortment strategies.
• Handle Google Shopping product data and ensure feed quality across different markets.
• Coordinate the introduction of new products, color drops, and seasonal collections.
• Review product detail pages prior to launch for content, imagery, pricing, and configuration accuracy.
• Retire or deprioritize underperforming products while maintaining a streamlined catalog.
• Ensure consistency in stock, pricing, and visibility across markets.
• Document weekly changes and evaluate their impact.
• Conduct and analyze A/B tests on the store.
• Perform ongoing competitor research across funnels, merchandising strategies, offers, search, and feeds.
• Utilize AI tools daily for data analysis, content generation and optimization, automated reporting, and efficiency enhancement.
• 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, online category management, or commercial product management for a retail or DTC brand.
• Proficient in data analysis; capable of building your own weekly insights, interpreting your own metrics, and justifying decisions based on them.
• Experience working across multiple countries or regions, particularly regarding the interplay between stock and visibility.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable taking ownership of outcomes rather than merely executing a task list.
• A genuine curiosity about AI, with experience utilizing it to enhance your work processes.
• Located in or working within Central European Time (CET), with your schedule overlapping that of the team.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Preferred: background at a large fashion or apparel retailer, or with a scaled DTC brand.
• Preferred: experience with on-site search tools, merchandising rules, and A/B testing.
• Preferred: familiarity with Google Shopping feeds and e-commerce SEO.
• Preferred: experience with analytics tools.
