E-commerce Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee advertising on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms

• Revise and update listings on e-commerce sites

• Extract sales data into Excel spreadsheets

• Track and manage inventory levels

• Organize FBA shipments

• Import Amazon inventory data into Pilot accounting software

• Input invoices into the system

• Assemble month-end support packages for the CPA

• Keep USDA/FDA compliance documentation up to date

• Collaborate with 3PLs and customs brokers

• Manage workflows across different entities

• Develop and enhance operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent English reading, comprehension, and speaking abilities

• Capacity to comprehend detailed operational, compliance, logistics, and financial instructions

• Ability to create and refine processes (SOPs), present proactive ideas, and eventually work independently

• Strong attention to detail along with numerical and reconciliation capabilities

• Familiarity or expertise with Amazon Seller Central

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• USB headset equipped with noise cancellation

• Functional webcam for virtual meetings

• Computer with a minimum of 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB of RAM

• Primary internet service with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps via cable connection

• Backup internet service with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
