This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.
• Take ownership of and implement the comprehensive strategy, listing configuration, and launch of ToolBox Widget’s catalog on Walmart Marketplace.
• Move Amazon Seller Central operations (FBA and FBM) in-house, developing SOPs and reducing dependence on agencies.
• Construct and oversee per-SKU contribution margin P&L models that account for platform fees, advertising expenditures, storage costs, and shipping.
• Design, optimize, and manage Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and Walmart Connect advertising initiatives.
• Maintain catalog integrity, rich media, A+ content, variations, and compliance for all active SKUs across all marketplaces.
• Oversee inventory forecasting, reorder triggers, and stock distribution in collaboration with 3PL partners and internal teams.
• Align marketplace pricing with DTC and wholesale strategies to mitigate MAP erosion and channel conflicts.
• Address seller account challenges, including case creation, listing suppressions, Brand Registry, and reimbursement claims.
• Launch Walmart Marketplace within the first 120 days and fully transition Amazon management in-house.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, internal content creators, and PPC specialists to enhance marketplace profitability and optimize contribution margins.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience as an Amazon Seller Central operator managing account health, listing creation, and Brand Registry.
• Proven hands-on experience with Walmart Marketplace, covering item setup, catalog health, WFS versus seller-fulfilled configurations, and Walmart Connect.
• Direct experience in running and optimizing PPC campaigns on both Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Connect platforms.
• Strong understanding of P&L management with the ability to analyze unit economics, contribution margins, and fee structures associated with platforms.
• Experience in e-commerce inventory forecasting, stock allocation, and 3PL fulfillment processes.
• High level of autonomy, an ownership mindset, and experience in collaborating with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Candidates must reside in Latin America.
• Prior experience transitioning marketplace management from an external agency to an in-house team.
• Familiarity with Shopify integration and multi-channel e-commerce frameworks.
• Experience in the tools, hardware, automotive accessory, or consumer hardlines sectors.
• Practical experience selling on eBay, Target Plus, or international marketplaces (UK, AU, CA, EU).
