Shopify Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Establish, configure, and oversee the Shopify store.

• Assist with the initial launch and ongoing administration of the e-commerce platform.

• Set up payment methods and store configurations.

• Upload and manage products, including images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.

• Ensure accurate product and inventory data is maintained.

• Establish and enhance URLs, metadata, and other essential SEO components.

• Aid in SEO and AEO optimization throughout the e-commerce site.

• Research and address operational needs to effectively manage the online store.

• Diagnose Shopify issues and independently seek solutions.

• Uphold quality control across product pages, imagery, pricing, and store details.

• Suggest enhancements to the store's layout, customer experience, and overall presentation.

• Collaborate closely with the founder while autonomously handling daily e-commerce requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in managing or administering Shopify stores.

• Prior e-commerce experience, ideally in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, retail, or another consumer brand.

• Familiarity with product uploads, inventory management, payment setups, and store upkeep.

• Knowledge of e-commerce SEO, URLs, metadata, and website optimization techniques.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

• Strong research abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Good visual judgment and an appreciation for e-commerce aesthetics.

• Capability to learn new systems and requirements independently.

• Proficient English communication and comprehension skills.

• Experience with analytics, creative tools, or AI-driven e-commerce solutions is advantageous.
