E-commerce, Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance Shopify stores, ensuring a superior customer experience.

• Manage the financial performance of the online business, focusing on metrics such as revenue, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and promotional activities.

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies aimed at maximizing online sales.

• Create, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, including testing creative elements and analyzing performance.

• Handle Google Ads, Shopping campaigns, Merchant Center, and product feeds.

• Leverage GA4 and performance reporting to uncover opportunities and make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Assist in the launch and expansion of new digital sales channels.

• Collaborate with internal teams on creative projects, campaigns, and enhancements to the website.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Shopify, including the construction, launch, or significant enhancement of Shopify stores.

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing trading metrics such as revenue, conversion rate, AOV, promotions, and merchandising.

• Demonstrable expertise in paid social advertising on Meta and TikTok, including experience in creative testing and campaign optimization.

• Thorough understanding of Google Ads, Shopping campaigns, Merchant Center, and the management of product feeds.

• Proficient in utilizing GA4 and reporting tools to make commercial decisions based on performance data.

• Experience working in an in-house e-commerce setting with complete ownership of processes.

• Familiarity with email marketing and customer lifecycle management using Klaviyo or similar platforms (desirable).

• Experience in content creation and the development of creative campaigns (desirable).

• Proven ability to work within a small, agile team where you have taken ownership across various aspects of the digital journey (desirable).
