This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate the performance of e-commerce operations, focusing on sales trends, conversion rates, traffic, and profitability across various retail channels.
• Monitor digital shelf metrics such as content compliance, search share/share of voice, ratings and reviews, availability, and pricing.
• Recognize trends, identify friction points, and discover opportunities to enhance conversion rates and customer engagement.
• Assist in the analysis and creation of strategic growth initiatives utilizing market, product, and consumer insights.
• Develop and sustain regular executive-level reporting and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Convert data signals into practical insights and recommendations that align with channel strategies and business objectives.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to address strategic business inquiries, forecast outcomes, and assess promotions, content modifications, and merchandising initiatives.
• Summarize findings into presentations and business reviews for leadership and retail partners.
• Investigate market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Formulate data-driven recommendations for marketing, merchandising, and product development.
• Aid in establishing processes that simplify operational rhythms, enhance decision-making, and bolster cross-functional collaboration.
• Associate’s Degree.
• Over 3 years of experience in business analytics, e-commerce, or category management roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Outstanding analytical capabilities, with the skill to interpret data, discern trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders and fostering team alignment.
• Strong project management expertise, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and maintain organization.
• Experience in the retail or consumer goods sector is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with e-commerce data insights tools (e.g., Pacvue Commerce, Stackline, etc.).
• Proven capability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for large data management, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Experience with POS data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI/Circana, retailer portals) and digital shelf analytics tools (e.g., Profitero, DataWeave, Skai, or similar).
• High-level proficiency in Excel; experience with BI/visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Understanding of major e-commerce retailers (e.g., Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com) and their reporting platforms (e.g., Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Retail Link, Luminate).
• Familiarity with digital marketing metrics (search, media, content performance) and their relation to sales outcomes.
• Exposure to statistical or forecasting techniques.
