This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

• Manage the setup, development, and enhancement of CRM and Power Platform solutions.

• Take ownership and coordinate the delivery of improvements, upgrades, and projects across the platform landscape.

• Foster partnerships with stakeholders in services, fundraising, marketing, data, and technology teams.

• Spot opportunities to streamline processes, automate tasks, and improve user experience.

• Provide technical leadership and governance to ensure that solutions are sustainable, secure, and scalable.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CRM specialists.

• Collaborate with external vendors and Microsoft partners to ensure effective delivery and cost-effectiveness.

• Support data quality, governance, reporting, and compliance across CRM platforms.

• Convert strategic goals into a clear delivery roadmap in conjunction with the Head of Business Systems.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience managing CRM platforms within intricate organizations.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform, including Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

• Proven experience in delivering CRM development, enhancement, and transformation projects from inception to execution.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for resolving complex system, process, and data challenges.

• Experience in leading and nurturing technical teams.

• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

• Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards.

• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Experience in executing projects using Agile or SCRUM methodologies.

• Knowledge of Salesforce or relevant experience.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or other data warehouse technologies.
