This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email.

• Address issues and foster positive customer interactions.

• Adhere to the brand's guidelines and quality standards.

• Record and update customer interactions in the appropriate systems.

• Collaborate closely with the team to enhance service.

• Represent an international brand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch.

• Competent in English.

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.

• Problem-solving orientation and a proactive mindset.

• Comfortable navigating computer systems and managing multiple tools simultaneously.

• Possess patience, empathy, and a positive demeanor.

• Willingness to work in shifts.

• Must be eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship or Greek work permit).

• Resume must be submitted in English.

• Must reside in a country within the European Union.
