This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, schedule, and validate product pages, collections, homepage updates, and promotional content.
• Develop specifications for landing pages and funnels generated through an automated pipeline.
• Conduct quality assurance on landing pages and funnels in staging, publish them, and monitor tested and successful variants.
• Oversee the setup of Recharge subscription plans, manage customer-facing processes, swaps, skips, pauses, dunning, failed-payment workflows, and the customer portal.
• Manage the Shopify theme, applications, integrations, and tracking systems.
• Differentiate between configuration problems and code issues; resolve configuration problems and define necessary code modifications.
• Prioritize and handle site requests from Customer Service, Brand, Product, and Growth teams.
• Reproduce issues, categorize requests, resolve them, or escalate them to the development partner.
• Maintain Notion intake, prioritization, specifications, release schedules, and documentation of the stack.
• Oversee development support vendors by assessing estimates, monitoring hours, enforcing response times, and avoiding scope creep.
• Perform monthly site health assessments covering speed, error rates, conversion rates by funnel stage, and any broken functionalities.
• Take a key role in the upcoming site relaunch.
• Collaborate with Growth, Customer Service, Brand, and Product teams.
• A minimum of 3 years of daily management of a Shopify store in a direct-to-consumer environment.
• Experience with Shopify Plus is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with a subscription platform is essential.
• Familiarity with Shopify theme architecture, including sections, blocks, schema, JSON templates, and theme settings.
• Ability to read and modify Liquid templates, sections, and snippets.
• Proficient in HTML and CSS.
• Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of Git.
• Experience using Browser DevTools and Lighthouse.
• Expert-level knowledge of Shopify admin functionalities.
• Experience configuring subscription platforms; Recharge is preferred.
• Knowledge of discounts and checkout configuration.
• Proficient in app stack management.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with GA4.
• Knowledge of Meta pixel and Conversions API.
• Ability to create developer-ready specifications.
• Experience with Notion or similar workflow tools like Asana, Jira, Linear, or ClickUp.
• Experience in managing development partners/vendors.
• Ownership of QA checklists and release management processes.
• Participation in a relaunch, replatforming, or major redesign is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate across Growth, Customer Service, Brand, and Product teams.
