E-commerce Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Complete oversight of e-commerce operations

• Prompt resolution of issues for customers and service providers

• Evaluation of market opportunities and execution of strategies

• Development and management of promotional campaigns

• Strategic pricing for products

• Daily monitoring of orders to ensure accurate fulfillment and shipping

• Management of logistics and troubleshooting shipping problems

• Oversight of full-service inventory and Flex orders

• Creation and launch of new product listings

• Tracking and achievement of performance metrics

• Conducting market analysis and monitoring

• Accountability for analyzing and maintaining the health of marketplace accounts (Shopee, Mercado Livre, and the company website)

• Pricing strategy for the product assortment

• Establishment of A and B product curves

• Development of listings based on product curves

• Launch of products utilizing keyword and relevance strategies

• Setup of thermal printers (ZPL)

• Image editing and manipulation using Canva

• Strategies for campaigns and advertisements

• Integration with the Tiny ERP system

• Management of marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee, and the company website)

• Creation and introduction of products on e-commerce platforms

• Allocation and distribution of tasks related to marketplaces

• Familiarity with e-commerce practices

• Understanding of campaign creation and strategy, Canva, and marketplace operations

• Completed high school, technical, or higher education

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
