Drywall and Ceiling Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Prepare bids and conduct quantity takeoffs for commercial construction projects.

• Process requests for information (RFIs) and provide timely responses.

• Collaborate with subcontractors and oversee vendor outreach efforts.

• Manage pre-construction support activities.

• Integrate seamlessly into client workflows through remote communication.

• Complete around 15–20 estimates each month, subject to project complexity.

• Operate as a fully dedicated resource for 40 hours per week.

• Engage proactively with the client's existing team and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in civil engineering or an equivalent background in estimating.

• At least 3 years of professional estimating experience.

• Demonstrated expertise in commercial construction, including drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and interior finishes.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with estimating software; experience with OST and Quick Bid is preferred.

• Knowledge of the U.S. construction market and its projects.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Proven experience working on U.S.-based clients or projects.

• Availability to commit to 40 hours per week.

• Capability to work autonomously and achieve a target of 15–20 estimates per month.

• Must be able to work within a U.S. timezone (EST, MST, CST, or PST).

• Experience in estimating commercial drywall and/or ceilings.

• Resume should be formatted in English.
