Donation Processor / Pledge Drive Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls from donors

• Adhere to prescribed scripts and campaign protocols

• Precisely input donation and pledge data

• Verify donor and transaction information

• Utilize computer systems while engaging with callers

• Uphold professionalism and ensure confidentiality

• Assist with established nonprofit fundraising initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum of six months of remote customer service experience or one year of in-person customer service experience

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities

• Windows 11 operating system

• At least 8GB of RAM; 16GB is preferred

• USB headset equipped with noise cancellation

• Wired high-speed internet connection
