This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Diagnose, repair, and address service faults
• Execute planned preventative maintenance tasks
• Commission new installation products on-site
• Offer out-of-hours on-call support through a structured rota
• Complete tasks and operations within established timeline targets and requirements
• Self-manage daily activities utilizing a structured handheld system
• Operate in accordance with agreed operational and supervisory guidelines
• Maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients or users
• Uphold Health and Safety policies and standards
• Engineering qualification at a minimum NVQ level in a relevant field
• Current technical background, ideally related to building services engineering
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt in a dynamic industry
• Experience in building services engineering, particularly within district and community heating is advantageous
• Background in the construction industry is beneficial
• Familiarity with communal/district heating is preferred
• Experience working as part of a team in a practical work environment is desirable
• Capability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction is important
• At least 3 years of experience managing technical building services systems and related products
• Strong technical knowledge and prior experience in a similar service industry
• Customer-facing experience with an understanding of the importance of providing high levels of customer satisfaction
• Standard development training will be included as part of the role
