This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the USDA Digital Information Services Center (DISC) FedRAMP Agency ATOs for current cloud services.
• Deliver FedRAMP advisory services along with documentation assistance.
• Offer Continuous Monitoring services.
• Manage Inventory Management services.
• Assist with assessments, including Evidence Management.
• Administer Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) that arise from annual assessment results.
• Collaborate with control owners to ensure the management of POA&Ms until resolution.
• Prepare and oversee FedRAMP SSPs and their attachments, verifying that documentation is thorough and precise.
• Facilitate coordination among ATOs to minimize redundancy and confirm that assessment requirements are fulfilled.
• Create control interview spreadsheets and document pertinent controls.
• Engage in meetings and record controls, risks, and attributes for each service offering.
• Organize and supervise evidence during 3PAO evaluations.
• Assist in the remediation of assessment results by formulating and executing corrective actions with control owners.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the service offering and provide guidance to the Documentation team.
• Previous experience with FedRAMP.
• Active Public Trust clearance (Tier 2 - MBI).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area.
• 1-2 years of experience in an audit or accounting position.
• Strong proficiency in technical writing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with FedRAMP, IL4, FISMA, and/or SOC assessments.
• CPA designation or Cybersecurity certification.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
