This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Review and assess sales agreements and related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and company policies.

• Validate financial terms in accordance with underwriting guidelines.

• Confirm title requirements, including vesting, tenancies, and inventory specifics.

• Redact personally identifiable information and details pertaining to bank/credit cards.

• Identify missing documents and rectify incorrect contract information.

• Input audit findings into Chorus, TSW, and other tracking systems.

• Receive and verify contract packages, notifying sites of any discrepancies.

• Audit contract documents for correct execution and compliance.

• Review rescission letters, owner kits, and other related correspondence.

• Document contracts in TSW and generate audit reports.

• Manage daily contract workflow status changes, including rescission cancellations and chargebacks.

• Prepare contract packages and cancellations for the imaging department.

• Provide customer service to field offices and corporate partners to resolve document-related issues.

• Maintain the minimum average production level established by management.

• Offer support and vacation coverage for the DSC audit team.

• Uphold Hilton Grand Vacations' values, standards, policies, and procedures.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and navigate multiple computer programs.

• Capability to produce high volumes of work with exceptional accuracy.

• Effective communication skills to convey contract issues and solutions clearly.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage positively with process partners.

• Willingness to work additional hours when necessary to meet company goals and deadlines.

• Enthusiastic and cooperative team player attitude.

• Previous experience in timeshare is advantageous.

• Familiarity with documents essential for timeshare closings.

• Proficiency in MS Excel for creating and managing spreadsheets.

• Strong work ethic and proven teamwork skills.

• Dependability and reliability.

• High attention to detail and ability to excel in a goal-oriented work environment.

• Ability to sit for an entire shift, view information on dual monitors, and produce high-volume, accurate work.
