This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess, verify quality, organize, and retrieve electronic documents related to construction.
• Manage documentation for both incoming and outgoing transmittals.
• Review and modify technical reports, specifications, drawings, and additional documents.
• Identify and utilize appropriate tools, systems, and methods to index, file, and manage documentation pertinent to engineering and construction projects.
• Collaborate with contractors, project team members, and project management to oversee, distribute, maintain, and retrieve project-related documents.
• Actively address issues and minimize risks.
• Assist, train, and mentor team members and clients on document control processes.
• Engage in application evaluation, screening, client profile assessment, client interviews, hiring, and onboarding phases.
• Proficient in English.
• Over 1 year of comprehensive electronic document control experience; experience in project close-out is advantageous.
• Proven expertise in document control and records management, inclusive of Engineering and Vendor document management, As-Built documentation, turnover processes, technical close-out, and project archiving.
• Experience in the construction sector with knowledge of engineering, project phases, facilities, and operational documents.
• Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Skilled in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional writing skills for technical documentation, specifications, training resources, and presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to evolving client needs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding high-quality standards.
• Experience with Greenfield and Brownfield projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with project close-out procedures is advantageous.
• Monthly salary ranging from USD $2,000 to $3,000, based on experience and skill level.
• Full-time contract through a payroll service.
• Remote work opportunity as designated by the client.
