This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Develop and sustain a professional network of candidates within the Senior Living industry
• Foster relationships to attract and engage top talent for current vacancies, future positions, and referrals
• Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and various digital sourcing platforms to find qualified candidates and enhance the talent pipeline
• Stay informed about sourcing tools and technologies, implementing effective and budget-friendly recruitment strategies
• Recruit permanent staff to minimize reliance on contract labor
• Employ innovative recruiting techniques that set ESL apart in a competitive landscape
• Clearly communicate job compensation, benefits, schedules, conditions, and the organizational culture to candidates
• Provide an engaging candidate experience that showcases the organization’s culture and values
• Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to support retention and engagement initiatives throughout the candidate journey
• Work closely with hiring managers and regional team members to identify, select, and onboard candidates
• Engage in intake calls, recruiting huddles, and interdepartmental meetings
• Utilize Workable ATS to manage requisitions and oversee the candidate interview process
• Ensure accurate documentation of candidate interactions, recruitment activities, and job posting details
• Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events
• Assume additional duties and responsibilities as required

• A degree in business, human resources, healthcare, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
• At least three (3) years of experience in Human Resources, Full Cycle Recruiting, or a related area
• Proficient in MS Office and other standard computer applications
• Previous experience in regional, multi-site, and multi-state healthcare recruitment is preferred
• Familiarity with recruiting tools, ATS (Workable preferred), and HRIS systems
• Successful completion of background screening in line with Florida law and company policies
• Some positions may necessitate fingerprinting and Level 1 or Level 2 background checks
