This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Collaborate with business leadership to formulate and implement the U.S. Electrification Services strategy, converting objectives into actionable business plans, forecasts, and quantifiable performance metrics.
• Deliver financial leadership and business analysis by tracking performance, pinpointing risks and opportunities, and advising management on operational and commercial decision-making.
• Guarantee precise, transparent, and compliant financial reporting through robust controllership, internal controls, financial processes, and timely month-end closing procedures.
• Manage project financial operations, encompassing job costing, work-in-process inventory, billing and revenue recognition, accounts receivable collections, and consistency in accounting processes throughout the organization.
• Report directly to the Regional Controller - Americas.
• At least 15 years of experience in a financial role.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP).
• Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Competitive spirit, strong leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, self-critical mindset, and an excellent customer service orientation.
• Candidates must possess work authorization that enables them to be employed by ABB in the US.
