This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.
• Build strong relationships with designated Mazda dealers and colleagues to enhance service and parts operations.
• Create and assist in the implementation of action plans aimed at improving customer experience, service retention, and dealer profitability.
• Deliver training on service drive practices, customer arrival and write-up processes, service selling techniques, appointment process support, vehicle redelivery practices, and enhancing workshop capacity and efficiency.
• Conduct profitability analyses, reviews, and consultations with dealership management.
• Analyze reports, scores, trends, and customer feedback to pinpoint gaps and suggest best practices, sustainability measures, and follow-up actions.
• Advise and collaborate with dealers to boost service traffic and wholesale parts and accessory sales.
• Assist in crafting marketing messages and dealer merchandising across digital, SEM, social media, and other channels.
• Support and execute national and regional service and parts marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Meet established parts sales targets.
• Examine reports and outcomes in preparation for weekly dealer visits.
• Aid dealers in adhering to MNAO policies.
• Direct dealers to resources for addressing issues related to parts supply, customer service, Mazda programs, vendors, and suppliers.
• Keep accurate and timely records of dealer interactions in the Dealer Business Contact System.
• Carry out other region-specific responsibilities as assigned by management.
• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, automotive technology, marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4+ years of experience with a proven successful track record.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales-related role.
• Previous experience in wholesale automotive is preferred.
• Retail experience is an advantage.
• Over 3 years in a recognized leadership position.
• A valid driver's license for the state of residence is required.
• A satisfactory driving record as determined by the Company.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong business insight in dealership operations.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Capability to establish and maintain productive relationships with dealers, staff, and senior management.
• Proficient in computer applications, including spreadsheets and internet tools.
• Willingness to travel daily and visit dealers on a weekly basis.
