This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement a strategic approach to support designated district(s) and expand new business through fresh sales initiatives.
• Meet a New Account Sales Target for new claimed business over a continuous 12-month period.
• Foster steady and repeat sales through tailored programs like Preventative Maintenance and My Tech initiatives.
• Sustain and oversee an active prospect list, regularly contacting potential customers until a sale is concluded.
• Update and maintain the CRM system.
• Regularly communicate with the Smart Care service team regarding the sales pipeline, key prospects, and the status of the technician team.
• Collaborate with the Service Team to meet district growth and utilization goals.
• Conduct quarterly audits of assigned accounts to showcase current programs, introduce customer programs/solutions, and retain as well as grow account business volume.
• Establish and nurture internal cross-divisional relationships aimed at lead sharing and collaborative team selling.
• Set pricing agreements in accordance with divisional and corporate pricing approval protocols.
• Provide management with weekly updates on progress towards sales objectives.
• Manage and comprehend key reports for effective business management.
• Collaborate and partner with the District Manager to enhance business growth.
• Perform duties safely and use appropriate personal protective equipment when necessary.
• Conduct prospect surveys and develop professional, solution-oriented proposals to secure new business.
• Report directly to the General Manager, while maintaining a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Regional Sales Manager.
• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience in the food service, food equipment, food safety, or a related industry.
• At least two years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge and practical experience in food service operations.
• Proven skills in relationship management and consulting.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities and strong time management skills.
• Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software tools such as Salesforce.
• Prior experience in business-to-business value-added sales.
• Consistent success and achievement of sales targets in a sales or account management role.
