This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet district objectives and enhance market share.
• Recruit, train, onboard, and oversee a high-performing sales team.
• Guide and mentor sales representatives to improve performance and support their professional development.
• Analyze sales data and metrics, establish performance objectives, and assess team progress.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive challenges.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions, Corporate Accounts, Vertical Management, BDM Team, Training, and Product Development teams.
• Oversee the district sales budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing development programs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, industry regulations, CRM, pipeline, activity, and expense protocols.
• Travel with each Account Manager once a quarter for at least three consecutive days.
• Meet weekly with all Account Managers.
• Conduct regular pipeline coaching sessions.
• Facilitate monthly team calls.
• Organize quarterly business reviews with Account Managers and key customers.
• Promote Solutions adoption and increase customer share through Solution Systems.
• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Management.
• Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership abilities and a talent for motivating a diverse sales team.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
• Experience in industry client relations is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Valid auto insurance coverage is necessary.
• Access to a vehicle is essential.
• Flexible working hours are needed.
• Willingness to travel outside the area and overnight, up to 70% of the time.
