This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Lead a team of field sales representatives while developing and implementing strategies to enhance business growth.
• Develop and oversee the sales team to drive revenue and meet individual, team, and organizational targets.
• Research customer needs and gain insights into their priorities.
• Participate in and facilitate prospect meetings.
• Review the weekly territory pipeline and forecasting activities.
• Coach direct reports on strategies to achieve closures.
• Guide territory planning, development, relationship-building, and revenue opportunities.
• Support the team in finalizing opportunities.
• Foster a high-performance sales culture that prioritizes bookings, sales growth, and accuracy in forecasting.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Drive and supervise team-selling initiatives.
• Hold both the team and oneself accountable for ambitious objectives.
• Communicate effectively with leaders across all levels, establishing open and trusting relationships.
• Influence others through effective change management.
• Recruit, hire, and train a successful team while adhering to company values.
• Proficient knowledge and experience with SaaS-based architectures, particularly in networking and/or security.
• Familiarity with channel and partner sales models.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in building high-performing teams within a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proven track record of successful sales pipeline management and results year-over-year.
• Strong focus on execution, a sense of urgency, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• History of consistently achieving revenue targets while emphasizing team development and growth.
• Capacity to handle significant client escalations and challenges.
• Excellent skills in influencing, communication, consensus-building, and cross-functional cooperation.
• In-depth technical understanding of the company's cybersecurity portfolio.
• Ability to engage with leaders at all levels, including those at the C-suite.
• Competency in recruiting, hiring, and training team members.
